After completing an internship, Veronica joined the F.I.T. team as an Assistant Coach in 2018.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University. In addition, she’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach through the Girls Gone Strong Coaching and Training Women Academy.
After seven years working in the nonprofit sector, Veronica wanted a new challenge and began studying fitness on her own time before deciding to make it a career. She loves helping people get stronger and become better versions of themselves. She takes that to heart in her own training and looks forward to competing in Olympic Weightlifting in the future.
When she’s not lifting or coaching she enjoys good coffee, books, time with friends and being outside (except in the winter). She will never turn down a taco.
