As a member of the 83-kilogram weight class, she’s amassed a 946-pound total among the back squat (352 pounds), bench press (192) and deadlift (402).

A Minnesota native, Sarah is fun, motivating and a bit sarcastic. Her hobbies including lifting, eating, sleeping and flexing.

When she grows up, if ever, Sarah wants to be an elite powerlifter and get paid to lift. She also wants to earn her PhD someday to do research related to lifting.

Oh, and Sarah likes to brush her teeth while she drives!
